Engineer Hamad Al Asri Al Shamsi

Engineer Hamad Al Asri Al Shamsi is a member of the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer of Secure Engineering LLC. Driven by a strong sense of dedication and sound values, he has been able to establish a truly inspiring style. Eng. Hamad is recognized to be a true professional and a determined achiever.

 

Upon earning his Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of the United Arab Emirates Eng. Hamad joined the Abu Dhabi Police force. He held the position of Head of Design Section in the Engineering Projects Administration. In performing the duties of this post Eng. Hamad proved to be a competent and modest leader who was able to earn the respect and trust of his superiors and colleagues.

 

In February 2010, the Secure Engineering, LLC Board of Directors has assigned Eng. Hamad the position of General Manager of the Company’s Project Management Department with the formidable responsibility of delivering a large portfolio of projects valued at more than AED 11 Billion. Eng. Hamad’s ambition and drive propelled him to also complete his post graduate studies and earning a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from the United Arab Emirates University.

 

Eng. Hamad’s efforts were readily recognized and in September 2010 he was assigned the responsibility of Chief Operations Officer of Secure Engineering, LLC. In holding this post Eng. Hamad was responsible for five Departments that constituted the core business of the Company. Eng. Hamad has superbly met the challenge and was extremely effective in improving the overall operational efficiency of the business. He led a large staff of more than 300 and again proved his determination and drive to success.

 

In June 2011, Eng. Hamad was assigned the position of Chief Executive Officer of Secure Engineering, LLC. Being the dedicated achiever that he is, Eng. Hamad is determined to improve the company as a whole and drive it to excellence. He believes this is the way to pay tribute to his country, and to meet the expectations of the Board of Directors.
